With the addition of superfoods, nuts and seeds, our salads will nourish and fuel you for the day. All you need to do is grab one of our salads in a jar, give it a good shake and dig in!

An authentic, “pounded by hand “ Italian pesto. Taste the difference! Commercial pesto will never have the texture and taste of an authentic Italian pesto and the version here is made with freshly toasted pine nuts that is pounded on a mortar & pestle with sweet basil and mixed with parmigiano reggiano and extra virgin olive oil.
To make it a complete meal, roasted chicken is added to fusilli pasta. The addition of oven dried and fresh tomatoes makes it a classic combination that will always be a favourite.
Taking the French out of the Nicoise, our version here is flavour packed with chunky tuna, black olives, cubed kyuri, omega 3 egg, cherry tomatoes , farm fresh greens, spanish anchovies, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, shallots, sea salt flakes & freshly ground pepper. Infinitely satisfying.
A traditional French Provencal vegetable dish that highlight the robust & intense flavours of aubergine and zucchini which are sautéed in olive oil and roasted piquillo peppers from Spain, acknowledged as the best in the world. Served together with mixed vegetable fusilli pasta, it makes a healthy & extremely satisfying dish.

With a chewy texture and nutty flavour, this delicious whole grain is paired with stir fried portobello mushrooms topped with arugula, toasted walnuts and shaved Pecorino Romano and drizzled with a hint of luxurious truffle oil in the balsamic dressing. A treat for the tastebuds.
Instead of a protein bar, I am delicious, satisfying , multi textured & flavoured. A combination of chickpeas, roasted sweetcorn, oven roasted chicken, shredded carrots, roasted cauliflower, omega 3 egg, toasted seeds and farm fresh greens.
Dressed with extra virgin olive oil, lightly sautéed garlic, lemon juice, sea salt flakes & freshly ground pepper, I’m packed with more than just protein.
The durum wheat from the fusilli pasta provides higher protein than most noodles and this tasty lunch ( or breakfast or dinner or an anytime snack ) includes roasted cauliflower, honey cherry tomatoes, toasted walnuts, onions, lightly sautéed garlic with a dressing of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt & freshly grounded pepper.
And it includes the piquillo pepper from Spain called ‘the little beak’ which are hand-picked and then roasted over open fires.
They are then peeled, all by hand. Well recognised as one of the best tasting peppers in the world, now available in a jar!
